Processing Time

Most handmade items are made to order.

  • Standard processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Custom or personalized orders: 5–14 business days
  • Processing times may increase during holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • International Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately.
  • We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

After a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed:

  1. Check the tracking information.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier.
  3. Contact us if you need assistance with a claim or investigation.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product.

We will review the situation and work toward a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

Once production has begun, custom and made-to-order items cannot be changed or canceled.
